Garlic Parmesan Wings

Start off with your raw wings seasoned with Big Guy BBQ Seasoned Salt. Bake or Grill until skin is crispy and chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Once the seasoned wings are about done you can start on the sauce.

Warning: This recipe is usually eyeballed and made to taste

You’ll need the following:

  • A bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s wing sauce or brand of your preference
  • Tabasco sauce (use to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter.
  • Saucepan

Start with your wing sauce, add just enough to cover your wings (probably about 1 cup depending on how many wings you have). Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce, butter, honey, garlic and parmesan and heat on low to medium until warm and butter is melted. Depending on how spicy you prefer your wings you can add a few more drops of Tabasco, to make it milder add more parmesan. Once it’s to your liking pour over your wings and enjoy!!
